On foot
Coastal path (GR 34) – Walks & hikes – Pedestrian way (beach/port)18 km of coastal paths are available, offering unexpected views and breathtaking scenery. Along the GR 34 and 10 circuits described in the guide of walks & hikes (available at the tourist board), discover our peninsula, which bathes in the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast, and its rich heritage (chapels, mills, church). Pedestrian way (beach/port)A new pedestrian way alongside the rocks now connects the main beach to Port. With a length of about 600 meters, it facilitates access for sailors to the heart of the resort, and makes the marina a major pole in the economic life of Saint-Cast le Guildo.

Cycling
Biking trails - marked Circuits - Trekking cycling46 km of marked trails are available for nature lovers, on the seaside or the countryside. Bicycle paths were also designed to pedal in security (From the Bois Bras to Matignon; on the Boulevard de la Mer, between La Touche and the area ”l’Isle”). 3 mountain bike trails are to be found in the mountain bike guide (available at the tourist board) published by the bike club of the peninsula.

7 sandy beaches
La Grande Plage, situated in the heart of the station, between “Pointe de Saint-Cast” and “Pointe de la Garde”, parallel to the “Boulevard de la mer”, offers a splendid view over the harbor. Plage de Pen Guen, second main beach of Saint-Cast, flanked by “Pointe de la Guarde” and “Pointe du Bay”. Plage des Quatre Vaulx, near shellfish farming areas, one of the favorite places for shellfish picking. Plages de la Mare, de la Pissotte et de la Fresnaye, more quiet and intimate, they offer an unobstructed view of the Fort Lalatte. Plage de la Fosse, the most remote beach, located at the west end of the peninsula. Sheltered by « Pointe du Grouin de la Fosse ».
